Fog Harp Improvement Project

Spring 2022

To better understand the water budget of Santa Cruz Island, CP Waterworks partnered with UCSB's Smithsonian Scholars Program to design, build, and test different fog capture devices. These nets and harps were built to withstand rough field conditions and were deployed in the Kenneth S. Norris Rancho Marino Reserve as a preliminary test.

EPA Rainworks Challenge
